Period 1 Thought Question: Lauren, Andy, Brendan, and Priscilla
Would you consider the Etruscans lazy because they borrowed the alphabet, gods, and many other things from the Greeks? Why or why not?

no, of course not. the etruscans were able to admit that the greek alphabet and gods were better than their own, so they adopted then. it doesn't mean that they were lazy inn any way. "imitation is the sincerest form of flatterey"
No, i don't consider the Etruscans lazy because they borrowed all of those things from the Greeks because all of the things that they borrowed were great ideas and if they didn't borrow them, they'd have to think of all new alphabets, gods, etc. They took those things from the Greeks and used it their own way.
No I don't think they were lazy I think they were smart. I mean whats the point in making A whole new alphabet when there is a good one that you can take.

No i do not think they were lazy because why would they make something thats not as good? would'nt you want the best so you take it from someone because it's is better and more understandable and they believe the same things.
no is dont think that they were lazy because when they copied the greeks they made the stuff better. Also, when the etrascans copied the greeks on the weapons and stuff they won the war that they had against the greeks.
Not necessarily lazy. They probably thought the Greek gods were perfect for their culture and needs so why change them?
yes i do think they are lazy because they could have made up there own alphabet and believed in there own gods but instead they stole some1 elses ideas.
